Torryn Brazell

Torryn P. Brazell, MS, CAE, is a credentialing practitioner with extensive experience in association management, including the development and implementation of professional certification and assessment-based certificate programs: initial concept, practice analyses, subject matter expert facilitation, program delivery, item writing, and recertification. Prior to joining the ABA, Brazell served as Executive Director of the National Grants Management Association for 9 years, and Director of Education for the Internet Society. Brazell holds an MS and Instructional Systems Design (ISD) Certificate, Marymount University, and a BS, Oregon State University, as well as Certified Meeting Professional and Certified Association Executive certifications. Brazell is active in the credentialing community and serves as Chair, Board of Directors, Certification Network Group; Member, Research & Development Committee, Institute for Credentialing Excellence; Member, ASTM International Technical Committee E36 on Accreditation and Certification; and Task Force Group Member, Standards Organization, Policies, and Governance, Responsibilities to Stakeholders, National Commission for Certifying Agencies.
